Royal Mail Recorded Delivery £1.75
All orders placed before 3PM Monday – Friday are shipped the same day if in stock. All packages have a receipt of postage which is kept on record. All packages sent via Recorded Delivery will require a signature. Please make a note of the Recorded Item Number for proof of delivery in the unlikely event of any problems that may arise. InkWebShop cannot and will not be held responsible for late deliveries.

Next Day Delivery £7.50
To qualify for next day delivery your order must be placed before 14.00 Monday to Thursday. Goods will require a signature, failure to provide this may result in new delivery date to be arranged between you and the courier service

Whilst every effort is made to stock every cartridge we list on our site, it is not always possible and sometimes events outside of our control dictate any delays.

We do not send out emails as a matter of course other than the confirmation email you receive when placing your order. Rest assured that we will contact you if there is a problem with your order!

RETURNS:
No returns are accepted without our prior consent. Once we have accepted the reason for return, please send them directly to our returns department, as follows: InkWebShop Returns Department, 34 Flairs Avenue, Arbroath DD11 5DY. Please remember to include your home address, to enable us to send replacement or refund.

GOODS ORDERED INCORRECTLY:
We will accept returns for goods ordered incorrectly, there is a charge of 25% for restocking. We will only accept goods back that are in a re-sellable condition. We will give a refund minus our initial cost of postage.
